In a busy Summer of racing, there are now only one BDA National League event left before the National Championships at Holme Pierrepoint in September. We are racing in London in early August t the London Regatta Centre. Always a great event, if a little noisy once the planes start flying from City Airport!

Recently, we have raced at Milton Keynes and Nottingham. Both days had really close racing. Days when all those last details of technique and fitness training come to the fore - meaning the difference between winning or not...
